The Profile 2530 Batch Processor is a compact, high productivity batch type flexographic plate processor offering high speed washouts of the entire plate area via a series of seven rotary brushes mounted in a twin directional motion cassette providing rapid washout and wiping brush.
The result is a "dry-to-touch" plate produced in a fraction of the time taken by alternative processors, which feed the plate incrementally.
Single full size plates or a series of smaller piates can be produced in one go using the fully featured
sticky transport plate.
The compact size of the Profile 2530 Batch Processor is ideal for installation where space is limited.
A modern screen-driven control and easy maintenance access provides user-friendly.
